How to find your downloads
Here is how to find your downloads on your computer
- Look in the top right corner of your browser for the Downloads button
- Click the Downloads button to reveal a list of recently-downloaded files.
- Click on Show all downloads to see a full list of downloaded files
Choose your mobile device type to see instructions for finding your downloads folder
Android devices (Samsung etc.)
1. Swipe upwards and tap on the search bar at the top of the screen
2. Enter ‘My Files’ and the My Files app will be shown
3. Tap on Downloads to see your downloaded items
iPhone / iPad
1. Next to the search field in Safari, tap the Page Settings button 
2. Tap the Downloads Button
